- Account & profile: name, date of birth, sex/gender, phone number, email, password, profile photo, address, and emergency contact details.
- Identity & verification: for licensed professionals (doctors, pharmacists, lab technicians) we may collect government ID, professional licenses, and practice information.
- Health profile: medical history, allergies, current medications, vitals, lifestyle information, and other clinical details you choose to share.
- Appointments & consultations: symptoms, complaints, consultation notes, prescriptions, diagnoses, and any messages exchanged with care providers.
- Pharmacy & lab orders: prescriptions uploaded, products ordered, test panels selected, delivery addresses, and results.
- Payments: billing details processed through our payment partners. Cliniec does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
- User-generated content: photos uploaded via the camera or photo library (e.g. prescription images, profile pictures, product images for pharmacies), chatbot/chat messages, and clinical notes you create.
- Support requests: information you provide when you contact us.

- Clinical notes created by providers form part of your medical record and may be retained as required by applicable healthcare laws and professional standards.
- AI features (such as the in-app chatbot) are designed to assist, not replace, qualified medical advice. Inputs you provide may be processed by trusted AI sub-processors under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We send push notifications to keep you informed about consultations, pharmacy orders, lab results, pill reminders, and important account or service updates. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app. Disabling notifications may affect the functionality of certain features such as pill reminders.
14. Children's Privacy
Cliniec is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Children may receive care through Cliniec only via an account managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the information provided. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child without proper consent, we will delete it.

Cliniec is operated from Nigeria, and your information may be processed and stored in countries where our service providers operate.
